My journey -
Began in 2013 when I trained in personal styling, developing a strong foundation in colour theory, capsule wardrobes, and shopping with intention. Over the years, I’ve worked with brands like Muse Boutique and co-founded Chalk — a sustainable boardshort label for men.
With two decades of experience across retail, styling, visual merchandising, and workspace interior design, I’m now returning to where it all began: the wardrobe. My focus is on helping clients create wardrobes that reflect who they truly are — simplifying the process through capsule building, seasonal refreshes, and a mindful, intuitive approach to personal style.
This is a collaborative process, and I’m here to gently guide you through it — leaving you feeling empowered, confident, and free to express your authentic style with ease, every day.
FAQs
What should I expect during a Wardrobe Edit session?
The Wardrobe Edit is a relaxed, in-person session (2–3 hours) where we move through your clothing together — gently exploring what you love, what aligns with your current lifestyle, and what might no longer serve you. There’s no pressure to part with anything. It’s about clarity, not clearing everything out.
Do I need to prepare anything before we meet?
Not much! It’s helpful to have your clothes accessible and ideally in one place. If you'd like, you can also create a Pinterest board or moodboard of styles you’re drawn to — but it’s completely optional. Our time together is about discovery, not perfection.
What if I’m not confident in my style or feel overwhelmed by my wardrobe?
You’re in the right place. Many of my clients come to me feeling unsure about their style or disconnected from their clothes. My role is to support you through a gentle, collaborative process that brings confidence and ease — no judgment, just clarity.
How do you choose which pieces to add to my capsule wardrobe?
After we edit your wardrobe, I identify any gaps and suggest thoughtful additions that align with your colour palette, shape, lifestyle, and style goals. I source both online and locally, always with intention — quality over quantity..
I’m interested in the personal shopping service — how does that work?
Personal shopping is a half or full-day experience in Arrowtown or Queenstown. I pre-select items tailored to you, so when we meet, everything is ready for you to try. It’s relaxed, considered, and includes a break for a lovely lunch in between.
Do you offer online or virtual services?
Yes — if you're not based locally, we can absolutely work together virtually. Wardrobe Edits, style consultations, and seasonal updates can all be done online. I’ll guide you step-by-step to ensure it still feels personal and supportive.
